The fastest way to place an order is by filling in
the online forms and submitting it to us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express and Discover
cards. In addition, we accept cheque or money order.
You will be billed in US Dollars.
- How can I pay for an order?
Payments with Discover cards
and Paypal are not acceptable for now.
Through one of the three options we have available
for you:
Pay Online.
Pay by Phone.
Pay by Mail-Cheque.
Pay Online:
For the fastest service, place your order on our website
and select one of the credit card options to use our
secure website and take advantage of our security
guarantee. We accept the following major credit cards:

Pay by Phone:
Find your gift on our website and call us with your
credit card information. Our customer service representatives
are happy to assist you. We accept the following major

Pay by Mail-Check:
Find your gift on our website and call us with your
order information and then send us money order in
U.S dollars.
We have to receive your money order 2 days before
delivery date.
- Why won't my credit card go through?
Read the account number carefully, make sure all fields
are filled in, and check the expiration date. If the
card is automated, the expiration date may need updating.
- How to paying with American Express or Discover
card?
If you want to pay with 'American Express' or 'Discover'
cards, you will pay with 'PayPal' system.
Once you have fully submitted your order you will
receive an email from us informing you of our request
for payment through 'PayPal' system. After clicking
on the link included in the email, you can log in
to your 'PayPal' account or sign up for a new account,
and then pay with credit card.
- What is PayPal?
Payments with PayPal is not
acceptable for now.
PayPal is the online service that lets you quickly
and easily pay us by email. In order to pay this request,
you need to sign up with PayPal. Follow these easy
steps to create your PayPal account (If you already
have a PayPal account using a different email address,
please login and add this email address to your account
in the Personal Info section).:

- Pay with Money Order or Wire Transfer
A) Money Order or Bank
Draft
We accept Money Order or Bank Draft denominated in
U.S. dollars and we have to receive it by mail at
least 2 days before delivery date.
Please make Money Order payable to 'Shopiran Enterprise'
and mail to our headquarter in Canada at the following

Note: Be sure to write your e-mail address on the
cheque or money order so we may properly credit your

B) Wire Transfer
You can either deposit (wire transfer) into 'Shopiran
Enterprise' bank accounts in Canada from your local
bank. A wire transfer is a transaction that you initiate
via your bank. It authorizes your bank to wire funds
from your account to our bank in Canada. Your bank
will charge you approximately $10 for wire transfer.
Note: After completing your order, you will receive
an email from sales@gifttoiran.com with our bank account
information.
- Does paying by Personal Cheque slow down my order
process?
Yes. Paying by personal cheque does slow down your
order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to your
recipient until your funds clear. It typically takes
20-30 days for us to receive and process cheque from
USA or Canada, and about 30-40 days to receive and
process international cheque.
- Where do I send my Cheque or Money Order?
If you do choose to pay by Personal Cheque, you can
send payment to the address below once you have fully
submitted your order.

- Do we have to pay tax?
There are no hidden or extra costs. We don't charge
for sales tax on our products.
- What is GiftToIran refund policy?
The customer may cancel an order without giving any
reason but cancellation date depends on the product
you choose and the city you want to send it. The maximum
period for cancellation is 4 days before the delivery
date. The customer will receive a refund within 4-5
business days.
