  1. How can I find what I want?
    GiftToIran has a variety of easy ways for you to shop, depending on your needs and shopping preference. For example, you can browse our home page, which always displays the most popular gift ideas or, you can use our product search tool to shop. It's divided into four categories for your shopping convenience:

    Shop By store:
    GiftToIran has a wide variety of products for all the special people in your life. We have 10 different stores: Flowers, Plant, Cake, Candy, Cosmetic, Toys, Restaurant, Handicraft, Jewelry and Tour, which you can access trough all pages (on the top menu). In addition we have some special gifts: Books, Money and coin in the "Specials" section. You can find them in the homepage.

    Shop by Occasion:
    You can find your desired gift based on occasions using the drop down menu on the top left of all pages or from "By Occasion" section from the homepage. Whether it's New Year, Mother's Day, Birthday or Anniversary, or for no reason at all, we offers the perfect gift.

    Shop By Price:
    Price ranges are offered at homepage in the "By Price" section. If you have a certain amount you want to spend, you can quickly find all the gifts we offer within your budget. Also in all stores there is a "Rearrange Items" section that you can sort products of that store using "List By Price" drop down menu.

    Product Search:
    you can use search box on the top right corner of all pages. Just enter the word or words you are looking for. Many customers have a specific gift in mind. Just enter a keyword in the box and items matching the word will be provided.



  2. What does "Rearrange Items" do?
    GiftToIran has "Rearrange Items" in each store on the left side. You can display products of that store based on "Page number", "Number of Items" per page, "Display by Image or Detail", and "List By Price". For example in the "Cake" store we have 39 products available. The default shows 8 items per page so we have 5 pages. If you change the "Number of Items" per page to 16, it will show 16 items per page and the number of pages will change to 3.



  3. What does "As Shown", "Deluxe" and "Premium" mean in the Flower store?
    The flowers products can be modified based on how much you would like to spend. We provide you with three choices for ordering floral arrangements:

    As Shown:
    The flower arrangement is designed as shown in the picture.

    Deluxe:
    We modify the original arrangement (as shown in the picture) with either by adding more of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

    Premium:
    Same as Deluxe but upgraded with more flowers with more expensive value.

    Note: All GiftToIran orders are automatically processed as "As Shown" unless you decide to change the order to a "Deluxe" or "Premium" arrangement. You'll be given this option on our order form.



  4. What are the procurement sources of the items bought?
    All the items will be bought from the best shops in the city, which have been renowned for their quality for years. If you want us to buy from a specific place please mention it in "Contact us" * form. We will get back to you to confirm whether we can arrange it or not.



  5. Can I send a balloon or candle with my cake or vase with my flowers?
    Yes. You can send add-ons (i.e. balloon, candle, vase, box of candy or stuffed animal) through our website in "Your basket" section or in 'Accessories' section.



  6. Why are some products still on view on the web site but say they are not available?
    We may be temporarily out of stock on a product but able to provide it soon. If we no longer have the product, it will be removed from the site.



  7. Will the items delivered match the items as they appear on your site?
    Certainly. The items will be the same brand and type as shown on the site. However, there may be variations in color and shade, as these depend on your monitor.



  8. How to submit an order?
    We have made ordering as simple as possible for you.
    You have three options to order your gift:
    - Through the website
    - Through telephone contact
    - Through the email



  9. How can I order through the website?
    Please follow these 3 steps:

    A. Add the items to the shopping basket by select 'Add to shopping basket' button. Adding items in your shopping basket does not commit you to buy it; you can remove it from your basket at any time.

    B. To finish shopping you can select 'Go for Check Out' or select 'Check out' button on the top right side of any page at any time. Now you have three steps to finish your shopping.
    - Fill in the 'Billing Information', 'Shipping Information' and 'Gift Message'.
    - Continue check out and fill in the 'Payment Processing'.
    - Click on the 'Click here to finish shopping' button and finish your shopping.

    C. At the end you can click on 'Printer Friendly' Button to print your receipt.



  10. How can I order through telephone contact?
    Call 1-416-760-7093 or call us at toll free number (USA & Canada) 1-866-382-2968 to place your order with one of our friendly gift advisors. You need to have the product code or product name and order details to place your order through the phone.

    You can even send us the order details through our email address (sales@gifttoiran.com). We will confirm it and place your order.

    Yes, we offer discount for large orders. Discounts are calculated as follows. We offer quantity discount to those customers who purchase volume orders:

    - $1,000 and over 10% Discount

    We do offer you the facility of making a special request through our 'Contact Us' form or you can call us at 1-416-760-7093 or 1-866-382-2968. We will confirm with you whether we can fulfill your request. You can then add it to your shopping cart.



  16. Can I send a message along with the gift?
    Yes, you can send message with your gifts. Just type your message in the 'Gift Message' section in the order form. Your message will be hand written in a beautiful postcard and sent along with the gift.

    The fastest way to place an order is by filling in the online forms and submitting it to us.
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express and Discover cards. In addition, we accept check or money order.
    You will be billed in US Dollars.

  19. Why won't my credit card go through?
    Read the account number carefully, make sure all fields are filled in, and check the expiration date. If the card is automated, the expiration date may need updating.

    If you want to pay with 'American Express' or 'Discover' cards, you will pay with 'PayPal' system.
    Once you have fully submitted your order you will receive an email from us informing you of our request for payment through 'PayPal' system. After clicking on the link included in the email, you can log in to your 'PayPal' account or sign up for a new account, and then pay with credit card.

  22. Can I pay with Check or Money Order?
    Yes. We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and we have to receive it by mail at least 2 days before delivery date.

  23. Does paying by check or Money Order slow down my order process?
    Yes. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to your recipient until your funds clear. It typically takes two to three weeks for us to receive and process checks or money orders, and about one month to receive and process international checks or money orders.

  31. What is the minimum time to order gifts before the delivery date?
    For The Great Tehran, our gifts can be delivered 24 hours after your order, during non-holiday periods. For the other cities gifts will be delivered 3 days after your order, during non-holiday periods. Before delivery, GiftToIran will call to recipient to verify their address. Also for The Great Tehran we will arrange an appointment with them for delivery time.



  32. Can I order gifts for all cities in Iran?
    For most of gifts Yes. But perishable gifts like flower and cake are available for Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Masshad, Arak, and Rasht. You can check the 'Availability' of each gift in its detail page.



  33. How will the gift be delivered?
    We take special care to ensure that the gifts are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
    For Tehran, all items will be couriered or hand delivered to the recipient's doorstep.
    For other cities non-perishable items like Cosmetic, Handicraft, Toy and etc. are sent to the destination towns using postal service. We have chosen the most reliable postal service to handle the shipping of the package(s).



  34. How are the gifts packaged?
    We will wrap your present in a beautiful and attractive gift-wrapping paper topped with an elegant matching ribbon and also enclosed is your personal message.



  35. What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
    Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may go astray. In such cases we will replace the gift and make a fresh delivery. We will not be liable for any amount more than the purchase price of the item(s).



  36. What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
    All shipments will deliver after calling to recipient to arrange an appointment with them and in most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, we will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.



  37. How do I know that the item has been delivered on time?
    After the delivery we'll send you a confirmation of delivery by email. It shall contain information on date, time of delivery, name of recipient, and return message for you.



  38. Can I send gifts to other countries through GiftToIran?
    Right now we only have delivery for Iran. We may add other countries in the future.

  40. Can I cancel my order?
